The crisp fresh morning air entered Pippa's lungs as the sun slowly rose over the horizon. Her big blue eyes flicked open, watching the golden rays reach across the sky. Every morning they always seemed to dance with joy from their deep slumber, she simply couldn't help but wonder how the sun did it. It was truly amazing. Off in the distance she could see pigeons flying over the ocean, making shadows in the suns rays. It had been a cold winters night but Pippa was used to the cold, especially when she was in the teddy-bear like form of a grizzly bear. Her auburn coat was soft and danced in the wind ever so slightly, the only way a wise eye could tell she was a Vouca was if they knew to look at her eyes. They never changed with her forms, always staying crystal blue.
Her large mouth opened to let a yawn escape, exposing her sharp dagger-like teeth. Stretching, her claws scraped against the stone sending a chill up her spine. A small giggle came out at the tingle of displeasure. It truly was a beautiful morning and she couldn't wait to go exploring, maybe someone else had spent the night in the castle as well. But she wouldn't know until she went down stairs for she was exposed up on the tallest tower. Pippa racked her brain, trying to remember how she got up there. Nothing. She let it drop, besides she was probably too tired to be able to remember if she flew up there or something. Glancing around, she noticed her companion Kahotep wasn't with her.
Sighing she bit her lip, or at least attempted her human habit though it didn't really work too well while she was a grizzly. More of just made her thick jaw off-set. Nodding her head to herself she remembered where Kahotep was, he had to do some last minute hunting for the pack at Snow Range. In a brief moment she thought of her human form and now appeared as her casual Pippa Phillippe self. Shrugging at herself she adjusted her dress with a small smirk. She definitely remembered snatching this off one of the ships yesterday, Kahotep hadn't been too happy about that. Spotting the ancient staircase she went down it, her ripped up leather shoes padded on the steps. Noticing a hole in her white leggings she sighed, hopefully the rest of the day will be just as good as the sunrise.
